Christmas Order Info

CHRISTMAS ORDER DATE CUT-OFF'S:

These must be ordered by the 30th November 2024 as these items are made to order externally and take up to 14 working days for production and for me to receive them. Orders placed after this date won't be processed until 6th Jan 2025.

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE These are digitally drawn by myself to order. Order no later than the 30th November for your portrait to be drawn and dispatched before Christmas.

These are made to order externally. Please order these no later than 5pm on 13th December 2024 for pre-Christmas dispatch. Large print include the following sizes; A2, 30x40cm, 50x70cm and A1. Orders placed after this time will not be sent till after the 6th Jan 2025.

Last order dates for these is dependent on your postage choice:

Delivery Delays

Please note there are delays to Royal Mail services due to high demand. Deliveries will take a lot longer to arrive with you so please be patient. If you did not select a tracked service for your delivery option then no tracking is available. At the moment Royal Mail are prioritising Special Delivery items and Tracked 24 parcels, small letters and Tracked 48/1st & 2nd Class services are delayed. 

If you ordered something and selected standard postage (2nd/1st class) before the cut off dates provided then it *should* arrive before Christmas however I am not responsible for any delivery delays once in Royal Mail's hands and I can not offer refunds at this time. At the moment due to the delays, I can't consider deliveries as 'lost in transit' until 21 working days after your order was dispatched. 

Your posties are working very hard to get items and parcels out to you so please be aware that if they knocked and no one is in, they may not have had time to pop the red 'sorry we missed you' slip through your letterbox, so I would advise if you're waiting on a delivery to check in any safe spaces, with neighbours or at your local delivery office to see if it has been sent there.

I know it's really frustrating if your order is delayed or doesn't turn up in time for Christmas, it's a very stressful time as a small business owner witnessing the delays so I do ask that when emailing or DM'ing about delays you are kind and patient. 

If your order doesn't turn up in time, I've created this 'IOU' slip that you can print out and hand to the recipient here (I promise, unless they are the world's worst person they won't hate you if their gift hasn't arrived due to strikes and delays!):

Christmas Hours

I will be on my Christmas break from 3pm 22nd December - 6th January 2025. My site and etsy shop will still be open for orders during this time but will not be processed until after the New Year.

My last posting date of the year will be on the 23rd December to clear orders before the new year

Orders placed after the 3pm 22nd December will not be processed until after the festive break (6th Jan 2023)

I will not be active on emails or DM's during my break so any messages/emails sent after 3pm on the 22nd December will not be responded to until my return.
